CERTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT
In accordance with section 170LT of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, the Commission hereby certifies the attached memorandum of terms agreed on between the Australian Postal Corporation and the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia (Communications Division) in this matter.
This agreement shall come into force from 14 November 2001 and shall remain in force until 20 February 2004.
