Your Rights at Work Home Download Invoice
Members are asked to consider downloading our invoice for Treasurer Costello. Please fill it in and send it to us by mail or fax. It says in part: Dear Treasurer: I'm writing to you because I'm angry that the Government is spending $20 million of taxpayers money on advertising their changes to IR. My family and I struggle every week and now your Government wants to take away my job security. Your Government is also seeking to reduce my family's living standards by removing entitlements such as my penalty rates and long service leave... As a taxpayer, I don't believe the Government should spend my tax on advertising how the Government is removing my rights and effectively working towards reducing my take-home income. I am asking that you refund me $2.50.... On 1 Dec, some CEPU members delivered over 3000 letters to Treasurer Costello's office in Parliamnet House, Canberra. If you can trust the Goverbment, the cheq will be in the mail! |
