Post at Strathfield, our largest mail centre, has told staff it wants to thank them for the excellent results last year - and they were excellent results. Post has generously offered a meal ticket to all staff.

It is a excellent gesture - if only it were genuine.

There is a catch - you can only eat the meal on Tuesday 15 Nov between 8am and 10am - at the exact time as the ACTU Protest Meeting.

Is your job worth a meal ticket? Tell them to stick it. So they are giving you 2 hours off - use them wisely.
