The Purple EBA was certified on 5 Feb 2021. The FWC said:

The Agreement was approved on 5 February 2021 and, in accordance with s.54, will operate from 12 February 2021. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 5 February 2024.

It is not an EBA endorsed by this Union. It has a 38 hour week and only 12 weeks redundancy. The EBA is basically a collection of the provisions of the Industry Award and the National Employment Standards. The only additional benefit seems to be the "Telstra Purple Day". There is debate within our larger union whether we should challenge the basis of the underlying Award
