Number 37 23 October 2022 TELSTRA BREAK-UP MOVES
Telstra has advised that the Supreme Court of NSW approved the scheme of arrangement. This was the last approval required by Telstra. Telstra will now file a s 319 application with the Fair Work Commission to have the EBA arrangements approved.
TPG EBA The proposed Connect EBA and the TPG explanation will be circulated to all relevant staff on 24 Oct. Voting will open on 2 Nov and close on 7 Nov. TPG need 50% plus 1 of the relevant employees who vote in order to have a win. So it is important to vote. As we explained earlier, we strongly recommend that you vote, and vote NO.
